Updating my review and rating as I am seeing the HOA being more responsive and working on the neighborhood. I hope this keeps up and they really target repeat offenders. I know it’s impossible to keep everyone happy and there are lots of residents to deal with but I am hopeful and encouraging the HOA to keep up progress. One thing I do hope for is just more communication as to future plans and current issues also reminding people of the rules and being able to use 311 twice a year to prevent dumping. I don’t actually live in this condominium, I was just working tonight as a delivery driver, for Amazon company; I was trying to enter through the front gate, but I didn’t had a code for entry, or access to unlock the gate, so I just grabbed my ID, and went to the “lady” working there looking for access to get in, the “lady” without any sign of education told me to make a left, and then a right in the traffic light, and... read more
