I put one start, cause it’s the lowest category available, if I could write this review without any I will. I will admit that some of the issues have been worked on, the storage of vehicles by resident selling cars, and the HOA has gotten faster at picking up the illegal dumping. The HOA is also making the community more modern with newer colors and metal roofs. But again the HOA seems to have stopped responding to emails…. Easily the worst place to live in Miami. The HOA doesn't answer phone calls or emails. BUT when they have to give you a sticker for parking incorrectly they let you know within the hour. It's a sad excuse of an HOA ran by unprofessional part timers. They're trying to make it look nice to entice people but management is a joke - and the security company might be even worse. No security whatsoever. Countless of cars are being let in without asking who they are or visiting. But you will find the guards giving stickers and boots... read more
