They are scammers, I own a villa in the moors, I paid the fee of 1,000 by money order (the only way they accept it) in 2021, I have rented my property a total of 3 times!!!!! And now in 2025 they are telling me I NEVER paid the renters fee !! BEWARE, also the “Manager” Doris is useless and rude, she completely dismissed me and said “yeah, I hear this excuse all the time, you need to pay”
