Updating my review and rating as I am seeing the HOA being more responsive and working on the neighborhood. I hope this keeps up and they really target repeat offenders. I know it’s impossible to keep everyone happy and there are lots of residents to deal with but I am hopeful and encouraging the HOA to keep up progress. One thing I do hope for is just more communication as to future plans and current issues also reminding people of the rules and being able to use 311 twice a year to prevent dumping.
