I’ve always found the moorings to be extremely helpful and professional The only problem is that they are always extraordinary busy because of course is a huge need but I find excellent
Gender bias against men. Avoid going to them for crisis help. They fail to return calls. They sent the police to smash my door in. Their so called out of hours service is a helpline in the NE England and not in Devon. They screen visitors to their place in Torbay & would not my mum & me in.
Often unhelpful and if you leave your number to call back they conveniently lose it. Asking to be able to speak with someone face to face is net with obstruction. They also show gender bias against men
The people at the moorings are so supportive and are always there in times of need, I’ve spoken with several people at the Torquay moorings and all very supportive and friendly thanks so very much for being there when I’ve needed to talk with someone
