The attorney was shockingly uneducated on clear-cut workplace retaliation, ADA violations, HIPAA privacy breaches, and discrimination law. I came to The Moore Law Office after what I considered a wrongful termination after filling for FMLA. George Moore listened and agreed. He worked with me to get a settlement and sued my former employer. I would highly recommend this law office! Everyone was kind throughout the entire process.
I cannot express my gratitude to this office enough! I’m a mom of 3 children of which I share custody with their dad yet I am out of state. Very shady business dealing, I do not recall an explanation of the engagement agreement, nor did I receive I copy. They will hold your money if you let them go from your case, and will charge you to get out of the case. This firm seems as if they’re money hungry, and has taken on more work than they can handle. Mishandles information you provide them for your case, had to resend information the day before court. Poor follow through/follow up when it came to my case/concerns.
