The Moorage Boat Rental company did not disappoint. We rented the boat for a special occasion to celebrate spring break with my mother, her grandchildren, and some friends. Captain Jorge and the stewardess were amazing and very accommodating. We will be renting again and encourage you to visit the sandbar and the jetty and take a cruise all around Miami. Happy yachting!
We had a truly unforgettable and very special experience. From the booking to the event itself, every detail was carefully organized and well-prepared. The boat was impeccably clean, with great attention to detail, and the journey was beautiful. Highly recommended—easy and pleasant to work with..... we’re already looking forward to our next trip!
They promised to refund my security deposit within a few days, but it took weeks of constant calls and emails before I finally got my money back. Very shady business practices—rent from a more reputable company instead.
The boat we rented was filthy and had safety issues—no working life jackets, broken seats, and a fuel leak. I can’t believe they let customers take these boats out in such poor condition. Safety clearly isn’t a priority for this company.
The staff at The Moorage Boat Rental LLC was extremely rude and unhelpful. They acted like they didn’t care about customers and were impatient when answering questions. Terrible customer service—I won’t be renting from them again.
