I loved my first class with Kathleen. It was the perfect balance of challenging and grounding. Extra points because her floor was a little cushioned which is so nice on your knees. I heard breathing cues I’ve never heard before and even bought the cutest necklace in her shop. Can’t wait to be back.
I love Kathleen and her Studio The Moon and the Mat. It’s just a magical place, I love the movement and Kathleens ever inspiring astrology insights during the class. So grateful to have her in town 🙏
Definitely my favorite yoga studio on the north shore. Kathleen is an angel, and the other teachers are also stupendous! The new location on Rantoul St is also BEAUTIFUL. And hello??? Right next to Crave?? <3 <3
Great place to practice yoga. It is full of amazing instructors and workshops.
I was visiting a friend from out of town and took one class with her. It was fantastic!! A very pretty studio, too.
