I was very happy with the service of reception staff, they are warming and kind. Very prompt and clear with appointment bookings as well. I was also offered a tea, coffee or water whilst I waited for my appointment, which I think is such a lovely gesture. My first session with Kat and it was wonderful. She’s extremely warming, attentive and open. I’m looking forward to more sessions and I already feel like I’ll be making significant progress.

Paris is just so professional. I can't thank her enough. She's very patient, kind and understanding. I felt so relaxed around Paris and her strategies work. From the moment you walk through the door, the receptionists are happy and fun. I can highly recommend The Mood & Mind Centre.
