The reception staff are nice. I missed my second appointment as I was sick, I slept right through unfortunately. I messaged the centre and apologised and paid for the appointment. Then I noticed online my next appointment had been cancelled. No one spoke to me about it and it felt like a punishment. I have been feeling very low lately and that honestly felt like a slap in the face.
I've been seeing Melissa Copeman for over a year now. She has been incredibly supportive and caring. My recovery has been made so much easier as a result of having professionals like Mel beside me and helping me every step of the way throughout what has been a very difficult time in my life. The admin girls have also been wonderfully friendly and helpful. I feel so grateful to have found Mel, she has truly helped me turn my life around.
The Mood and Mind center has helped myself and my family for many years now. Each psychologist I have worked with has been incredibly validating, in particular Phil Botha and Melina Rogers. Having these mental health professionals on your side will benefit your overall wellbeing. If you're needing a diagnosis of mental health assessment done, I could not recommend this team highly enough. The prosses is communicated effectively and streamline. I can only say that years after my 15 - 20 sessions with Irene has improved my life personally and professionally... Spending my time with Irene taught me so much I am very greatfull we met... thank you so much...
This one is for all the single dads out there with no voice. My ex put my daughter in with Jessica for 21 sessions, I did not concent to. And we have court ordered documents. I asked herself and Gretchen 4 times for the file notes she had gathered on my daughter so I could see her mental health. One of those time I went in in person and paid to speak to her.
