Having worked with Monument for the past 5 years, we can definitely recommend their services as professional and efficient. They have completed some fabulous historic renovation projects. A few hiccups in construction are pretty standard, but this company is impressive including a recent office expansion in Tidewater, VA.
Having worked with Monument for the past 5 years, we can definitely recommend their services as professional and efficient. They have completed some fabulous historic renovation projects. A few hiccups in construction are pretty standard, but this company is impressive including a recent office expansion in Tidewater, VA.
The employees are nice and will work with you but they had a hard time keeping the time table. Subcontractors show up late and without tools to complete daily task. Expect to pay over your orginial estimate. As contractors go they did an ok job of keeping the site clean.
