We had a great experience working with Gerri Monti on the sale of my parent's house. She was an endless source of support and resources. I can't say thank you enough for her help. She worked with us every step of the way for good outcome. Enthusiastic recommendation from me.

As a first-time buyer, I was largely unfamiliar with the process and steps needed. Drew’s effort to make sure I was knowledgeable and comfortable with every step is definitely worth noting. He worked flawlessly with his team and communicated extremely well with me. He's a very hard worker and very understanding of his clients and their needs. Wish there were more stars.

Geraldine recently sold our house and was an example of perfection from beginning to end. She was professional, timely and managed expectations across the board. Her attention to detail is second to none....She knew and guided us through every aspect of the rules, regulations and requirements. Gerri will be the only real estate agent for future transaction for this family ...

Geri was wonderful to work with! She was always available to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable about the whole buying/selling process. Even though we went through a difficult process with our buyer she was always there reassuring us that things would be okay—and they were! We would recommend Geri wholeheartedly!
