Someone kept yelling abruptly at midnight for months. I can still hear it with windows closed. This apartment does not have good soundproofing. The management team needs to enforce the quiet hour policy better.

Extremely disappointed with the property management. The construction noise has been ongoing for months and starts as early as 7:30 AM far earlier than the posted hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, residents are being asked to pay a transfer fee just to escape the noise caused by their own construction. The buildings are way too old, sound proof too terrble if not non-existent e.g. neighbor shutting their doors/windows can be easily heard with ear plugs on at 5 am, all kinds of noises early morning late night. I would imagine the units facing Mathilda will have very serious traffic noise issue. Almost forgot to mention the terrible plane noise, sometimes the entire building is shaking, it feels like it is going to collapse, this could happen midnight 11 pm 12 am.
