Apartments are not clean. I live in a basement apartment and water seeps through the floor during and a hard rain. There is no maintenance man or onsite management. My air conditioning does not work. There’s no one to call to get it fixed. I’ve even called the rental number, but all I get is the mail box is full! It’s been one hassle after another with the stove, shower, hot water, uneven floors! This place sucks! 90 degrees or better and no air conditioning stinks. Can’t find out who owns this apartment complex..
U never able to get ahold of anyone if something is wrong. They dont want to fix anything if there is something wrong. The apartments are all in bad conditions and swatt is here to much blocking in and out of the way of ur home. I recommend if u have absolutely nowhere to go but if u have options dont choose here. All u will have is a massive headache.
