Living here was a really positive experience. The building is quiet, clean, and has a cozy, homey feel that makes you feel comfortable right away. What truly makes this place special is Marisa and Laura, they are both so kind and genuinely care about the residents. They’re always available, ready to help, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s a peaceful, friendly community, a great place for seniors looking for a safe and well-managed home. I highly recommend it.
This is a lovely, peaceful place to live. The building is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Marisa and Laura do a fantastic job, always friendly and quick to help. Perfect spot for seniors looking for comfort and care.
Not for us and l do not recommend it for those who still work. Management Team was good to her word and let us out of lease without penalty. Overall better than the marijuana haven (yuck) that we left. Great amenities, beautiful grounds, attentive maintenance who quickly rectify new building growing pains. The negtives for some residents who work: - cut off amenity access at 7pm, pool does not open til 10am, excercise room does not open til 9am and closes early too. I called on a Sunday morning at 9:30 am for an available 2 bed 2 bath unit and explained that my wife had just suffered a stroke and desperately needed to rent the apartment to be near Albany Medical Center. I was told I could meet with them on Wednesday at 11am. I asked if there was anything I needed to do and was told that the apartment had been vacant for two months so no worries.
