If I could give this surgery 0 stars I would. At this point I'm really angry. Let me tell you why below. ... My partner gave birth 8 months ago, ever since she's been experiencing extreme pain. Dr Kelvin Kong misdiagnosed my partner with a "weak pelvic floor" and underestimated her pain, providing very little pain relief because of a stupid letter they get. Dr Monsour and Dr Kel had also assessed her, with poor evidence was diagnosed further with weak pelvic floor. Which is a very poor performance to have 3 different doctors... read more
Very Disappointing Less than a year ago, I would have and did refer so many people to this Clinic Under the medical profession and teaching's of this family run Clinic. All of the G.P's Are fantastic However the Australian MEDIAL Association have received a email from myself with concern that the proprietor is double dipping and NOT continuing with ongoing training that is REQUIRED by our FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES I AM CALLING FOR A ROYAL COMMISSION INTO OUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS Singed State: Concern Government ... read more
Very disappointed with access. Had to attend this medical practice in order to access pathology early January. It's all up on level 1 ☹️. There is a small 2 person lift, no instructions. Very surprised that this practice was moved to an upstairs location that has a mini lift. Maybe clientele are all young people.
Not very educational especially dr monsuar. Told him I was augmenting his response was he speaks English it didn't matter if the medication was dangerous he still could not grasp that or what augmenting meant. Havnt slept in days. They need more education Updated 30/dec Dr Monsaur himself threatened to report me as a drug problem bc I was on endone during a stent in place and had endone for my surgery. Could not understand again this man really has a problem.
