If I could give zero stars I would. Bryan Owens sold my 83 yr old mother in law hearing aids for over $4000. She paid by check. The hearing aids were returned in October of 2025 and Bryan promised to give her the refund she was due. 5 months have passed and there have been several conversations with Bryan all containing the phrase ‘oh, I forgot’ and ending with hollow promises that he would be returning the money he owes. Brian created an excellence experience for me. He explained everything thoroughly, and he took the time to make sure I understood everything. I greatly appreciated his process of adjusting the hearing aids weekly and following up with office visits made sure everything was working as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian and the Monroe Hearing Aid Centers.
Bryan was very helpful with picking the right hearing aids for me.Plus he has been great at getting my hearing aids fixed whenever I've manage to break them or have technical issues he is right on it and very knowledgeable about his hearing aids brand.
