If I could rate a 0, I would. Everybody who rates this place well is being incentivized to be entered into a giveaway by the apartment staff. My experience living at The Monroe Apartments in Bloomington was extremely disappointing. From the day I moved in, the unit had multiple issues that were ignored or poorly handled by maintenance and management.
