My kids enjoyed their time playing here and were very excited about the activities. However, there was a serious safety issue. When my son jumped into the foam pit, another child jumped onto his head. He was badly injured and had a lot of pain in his head, shoulder, and neck. Unfortunately, there was no staff supervising the area at that time. I hope the management improves supervision to prevent accidents like this in the future.
We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Monkey Vault, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Most of the parents (myself included!) had never even heard of Monkey Vault before, and by the end of the party everyone was asking, “How did you find this place?!” It felt like such a solid Toronto find—truly unique and refreshing compared to the usual kids’ party venues. Super fun place for kids and adults to learn new skills and burn off energy. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help. Classes are a great way to get introduced to new skills, and the 1:1 sessions are a perfect opportunity to really refine them. Such a cool, one-of-a-kind place!
