Scam your electricity bill (one person 300$, before i always paid 100$)! Charge 38$ for community electricity?!?!?!?!?! The people are moving now are so disgusting and disrespectful, put the garbage outside LEAKING!!!! I already wrote a note for the disgusting person and she doesn’t care! Also be careful with homeless around the community! Living here 5 years and i hate live here now!!! I can’t wait to move out!!!!!
It still does it . The trick is when you do it once and it works right you think it’s fixed but it’s not . This is the 2nd or 3rd time someone has looked at it and say it’s fixed
Someone finally came to change the battery for one of my smoke detectors a month after the original maintenance request. Not sure why it takes so long to complete maintenance request these days.

I would just like to say to PLEASE never let Cassidy leave this office, she is amazing and the only one that makes me feel like she cares about any issues.fire alarms, ground keeping as far as trash around the area. Noisy neighbors etc. Ty Cassidy!! Ur amazing . I wont even call the office on her days off as no one else seems to care.
