I almost never leave reviews, but I’m extremely upset with this experience. The website states there is 24/7 front desk service. My fiancé accidentally locked himself out of his room and there was no one at the front desk for over an hour. He called repeatedly, and I even called from across the country — no one answered. He had to leave for his flight and had no way to get help. The only way he was able to get back into his room was because the window was unlocked. I wasn't sure about the check in. It's a little later than most. 4 p.m. They have renovated and my room was spotless. I was pleasantly surprised. Great location for the price.
Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, aire acondicionado, calefacción, refri, microondas, cafetera, plancha, parqueadero amplio, personal de la recepción amable. Excelente ubicación, cercano a restaurantes, estaciones de gas, mercados, bares, entre otros. Cuenta con elevador.
