Horrible company they only want to push tms( that you have to attended daily for months at the start) and moves you around to different doctors each appointment, plus it’s almost impossible to actually get ahold of them and when I did the manager had me on speaker phone with her small child and mother in the room

Sold the idea that testing and reporting would be completed in 6-8 weeks back in Sept at the conclusion of testing. I wont have my report until likely the end of January. Its completed by the psych but the director of psychology has had the report since 21/11 and he just hasnt signed off on it. Took payment promptly though and the call centre staff understandably cant do anything about the situation because it seems only one person who is now on leave is the only one that can sign off on it.

I would not recommend Monarch Mental Health Group based on my experience. While they were quick to book my initial appointment, this was followed by multiple calls from an overseas call centre to reschedule and shuffle times around. My first consultation was done over the phone, during which I was told the services would be bulk billed. However, things changed quickly.
