I would not recommend Monarch Mental Health Group based on my experience. While they were quick to book my initial appointment, this was followed by multiple calls from an overseas call centre to reschedule and shuffle times around. My first consultation was done over the phone, during which I was told the services would be bulk billed. However, things changed quickly. Most unprofessional and careless psychiatry I’ve been with.
I attend the clinic for TMS treatment most weeks. My symptoms are complex and I appreciate the care and consultation given by MMHG staff. TMS is vital to my recovery, this clinic has been fantastic.
Updated - The head office has improved so changing review from 2 stars to 3. The clinicians, the treatment and the doctors are all great. The head office in Sydney is abysmal. They don't return phone calls, emails, online chats. Getting them to make appointments or send you invoices is almost impossible. Sorry to say but the poor administration is forcing me to look for another provider.
