Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. The administrator named David seemed unprofessional — on the first day he gave one price for the apartment, and the next day a completely different one, even though he had written everything down and explained it before. This kind of behavior creates a feeling of unreliability and lack of responsibility. I suggest changing the manager to someone more professional and consistent.

I’ve been living in this complex for about a month and a half, and the longer I stay, the more disappointed I am. When I came to see the apartment, David promised it would be professionally cleaned before I moved in. That was a lie. When I moved in, everything was dirty — there were food leftovers inside the dishwasher, the fridge was disgusting, and the bathroom… I’ll just keep that to myself.
