I’ve been living here almost 1.5 years. Went through management changes. Overall price is going up,rent,parking inside 150$. Outside is not available due to waiting list. Parking is a nightmare because they hired towing company with 1.5 stars reviews. Car parking outside is full always after 10pm. Guest parking full even before 10pm. I’ve been living in this building for over two years. When I first moved in, management was responsive and helpful — but now it’s completely the opposite. There’s no communication, no response to emails, and if you have any concerns or issues (like parking, maintenance, or billing), you’re completely on your own. Extremely disappointing experience with the new leasing agent at The Monarch. She was rude, unhelpful, and acted as if she hated her job, refusing to properly show us around. On top of that, the apartment price increased unexpectedly before we could even sign the lease, which felt like manipulation. They also misled potential tenants; initially, I had the option to rent an outdoor parking spot, but the next day, they suddenly claimed none were available, conveniently pushing the overpriced $100+ indoor parking. I do not recommend renting at this location. There are frequent and unjustified charges applied to tenants.
