I toured the building with a friend and when I tell you if I was looking I would definitely move here. We just walked in with no appointment but the guy Dave I think was extremely friendly. Will definitely refer my family. Beautiful property
This 5 star review is for the supervisor over maintenance at the monarch. He is very professional and always does what needs to be done. I always see him running around the building trying to fix what needs to be fixed and every time I put in a work order he comes in a timely manner to handle the problem. So far he is the best maintenance worker the monarch has had since I been here out of all of them..the monarch needs some work done and they need to do better but when it comes to maintenance I can truly say in that departm... read more
My tour of the property was amazing! The management team is very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helpful! The property is beautiful.
I came by The Monarch with a friend to check it out, and we both left really impressed. The property is beautiful and well maintained, but what stood out the most was the experience. We met with David, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to walk us through everything, answer our questions, and make us feel comfortable about the whole process.
