If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would. Air conditioner broken for over a month, no repair date given or estimated. Was told to there would be a reduction of rent for the month which was never honored. The building manager is totally unresponsive when I reach out and seems annoyed when an issue is brought to their attention. Today we went to see the apartment, and there was a man who didn't want to answer our questions. We asked him to show us the apartment, and he reluctantly got up from the table. I think you need to change your management team, and we met a resident who said that his car had been towed even though he pays for parking.
Not to say there are currently no problems and the garage parking fees are absurd, we aren't a luxury building with luxury features. But, with the current building staff, the quality of response to the needs of tenants has risen dramatically. Stefon and Cindy are the absolute best and any maintenance issues are handled quickly and competently. If I can give it -5 stars I would. This place is a dumpster fire. My ac was left unfixed from beginning of May-end of June. The maintenance people couldn’t get a hold of a part for the ac and said I was approved for a prorated rate for the month of June because they weren’t able to solve the issue and that Liz from the front office was aware… but guess what? She wasn’t aware. And we were told they would reach back out to figure out what was going on… AND HOW ON BRAND IS IT THAT NO ONE CALLED BACK? I truly hope the owners fin... read more
