I almost didn’t use Mole Patrol because of cehock’s scathing review. But, like he said, “the options are limited in our area.” After calling the other 2 companies that service our area, I decided I should at least talk to Mole Patrol. Boy! Am I glad I did. Our first interaction with Mole Patrol was in 2006 when we hired them for a mole removal in our yard. They estimated that it was one or maybe two moles because moles are very territorial. Then left us an invoice claiming they had removed 5 moles, leaving us no evidence. They themselves admitted this was very abnormal. We questioned their honesty at the time, but in good faith negotiated a fee that was somewhere in the middle of what they quoted and what their invoice was.
