Josh gets a 5 STAR PLUS for the great work he and his crew did on my house remediation. He did a first class PLUS job regarding all aspects of what he did to get mold out of house. And he went "above and beyond" in terms of answering all my questions and reviewing before and after test results with me. Would highly recommend Josh and Mold Pros to anyone who is seeking remediation.

The Mold Pros in Denver should be approached with extreme caution. They display a logo from the IICRC on their website which they are not accredited by. They also display the are accredited by the BBB which they are not. Do you see a pattern here yet? The gentleman on the phone when asked if they could provide the MSDS or SDS for the chemical treatment they use, his response was he does not know that is. Josh is absolutely amazing!!!! He answered any questions I had along the way and helped me fight my apartment building management group. My apartment was full of mold and my building refused to believe me and Josh connected with them and helped so much! I was able to get out of my lease and into a safer environment.
