They quoted us $6,000 for mold in our crawl space. We got a second opinion and the second opinion said we don’t need to do anything and that the first quote was a scam. Don’t use!!!
John evaluated my townhome needs by looking at all 3 floors and listening to the proactive steps I have taken already. He decided that I do not have an immediate need for intervention, except for adding some dirt to the outside wall of my home to adjust the grading. I admire his integrity. Thanks.
Zane and John were incredibly helpful during the remediation process. A fair price, and great guys who are willing to come back and help fix things if anything falls through the cracks. Also great with communication. I know I talked their ears off multiple times with questions and they were amazing! Highly recommend for all of your mold or radon needs. Worked with Zane to get a look at my home and a free quote - he communicated quickly, came out and was punctual, was extremely thorough, and recommended home solutions rather than scheduling me for a few hundred dollar repairs.
