Like others have said, Michael has excuse after excuse. I am currently going on 3 weeks with no response from him or Steve and they have taken the money and ran with only partial work completed. They were great people, but they have taken advantage of their customers and have stolen money. I will be going the small claims process as well.

Fraud, Crook! Mr. Realini gave us an estimate for a basement encapsulation and was very friendly; too friendly. Nov. 21, 2022, He requested a $4000.00 deposit and gave us a contract with start date, Jan 2, 2023. He didn’t start on agreed start date Jan. 2, 2023, he gave excuses of family emergencies… he continued with excuses and finally came after we emailed and called him! Michael and Steve at The Mold Fixer just completed our Crawlspace mediation. Their work was top notch, professionally done and reasonably priced. They completed everything promised and even found other issues we were not aware of. They provided photos during the entire job. Highly recommen these guys, you won’t be disappointed.
