Jason was responsible for us getting top dollar for our house. He helped us develop a timeline for work to be done based on our move date, setting up great staging, photography, website marketing, and performed local neighborhood marketing. His marketing and flyers that were created are one of a kind and top notch. I've never seen more professional and creative real estate marketing. All of it definitely helped as it developed lots of interest in our property, top dollar sales price, and easy closing. Thanks Jason and Sally!

By far one of the biggest purchases I have done and Jason made everything look so easy and stress free. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I told him what I want him and in 3 days we where under contract. Even after the fact that my house was purchased he still check up on me. They also offer a free 1st time home buyers class that helps you get into some programs even when you have filed for bankruptcy. Awesome experience!!
