Very disappointed... I went in for a wispy set and my lashes came out very spikey and unnatural in a non-flattering way... I figured the end results weren't going to be good when she finished super quick and didn't even bother to take a pic of her end results. When I asked to customize the wispy set and make it cat Eyed, to better compliment my eye shape she stated she couldn't do that because she has to follow the pre-made map. A true lash artist should be able to be creative and adapt a style to compliment a client's eye..... read more

I have been going with Joana for over a year now and she’s great!! Always so sweet and professional and takes the time to explain what she is doing if I have any questions. I definitely recommend going with her!

Love this girl and her services! She is very personable and professional with her clients. She is quality over quantity, but is also detailed and quick. I love the relationship I’ve built with her and how she makes every appointment so welcoming. Her suite is also the cutest! You have to check her out. Would recommend!
