I have been coming to TMW Healthcare for about a year this month! I have been seeing Jeff Gonzalez and Dr. Shivanna Subramani-Gonzalez! Dr. Shivanna, who founded the practice, is amazing- she’s created a unique space that sets the standard incredibly high, exactly as it should be! She has OBGYN, primary care, and Therapists in house which is incredible. For me, it made every step of the way so much smoother because everyone was able to quickly and easily communicate so there were lapses in care while waiting for answers. The person who answers the phone is so rude. I was not understanding something. Sounded like I was inconvenience her, laughing because she had to repeat it .. Then I finally was upset still understanding what was going on.. I told her to have a nice day and she hung up on me..!!
I was so pleased with how my appointment went with Christina today. I have felt so unheard and went through a lot of wrong turns at other practices and this is the first time in a while I felt hopeful about my health. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
I was recommended by a friend who has been there for years she spoke highly of them. I made an appt a couple months back and I didnt mind the wait (2.5) months, I was originally on their waiting list. Then I got the call for an appt about 2-3 wks away. I arrived extra early (45 min to be exact) and I was immediately greeted and sat. People kept coming in and wow the waiting room is TINY.
