Dr. Schnepper is such a wonderful person and orthodontist. She was always considerate, kind and thoughtful. Not just about my orthodontic work, but about me as a person. She always checked on me and would ask about my comfort. It was almost a two year process and I always appreciated her the entire time. My sister and I had Invisalign at the same time. However, she got hers from Dr. Jeffrey Kashner Orthodontics in Covington, Washington. From the start, we had very different experiences. My sister had regular visits and I was given all of my Invisalign trays with instructions on when to change them. My sister met with the orthodontist (not a tech) on each visit, and her progress was gauged and new trays were issued. This very kind, courteous, understanding and informative team have been an amazing one to work with, especially after dealing with such a difficult and unsuccessful process with Smile Direct Club.
