I wanted to like this place because it’s new but I just received a gel pedicure today and my two pink toes are already chipped. I’ve never had this happen
Very disorganized. I called beforehand to ask how long the wait is since my usual nail salon is closed today. Man who answered said 20 min. I paid for an Uber and was there in 5 min. After waiting 30 min, I asked the man at the front desk how long the wait is. He said there was 7 people in front of me. Abominable. This was only my 2nd time here so I had no preference for a tech. The work is great but the customer service has drastically dropped there are a lot of young people working there and they are loud, always talking to each other and today watching soccer and yelling. Nail salons are for relaxation not kids screaming and sports!! Services are not cheap so I wanted to hear about sports and people yelling I would go to a sports Bar! I understand they can’t help with the children. The talking is getting out of hand! Please it’s creating a horrible experience. Services here are not cheap
Very good service every time I come, its close to my job and they are quick !
