This place is amazing. Everyone I have met and gotten to know through the school have been so helpful. I highly recommend the meditation classes, sound bath sessions and Chi-Do. If you delve deeper, a Life Activation may just be the thing you were searching for. It could help aid in creating a jumpstart to a healthy new way of thinking, and grounding yourself.
Mystery School has profoundly altered my whole life. I know that’s a strong statement, but it has been my experience. I have been involved with it for a long time and each new thing I do I notice a change in myself. I would highly recommend anybody popping in for a meditation or a healing.
The Modern Mystery School has brought so much goodness and positive energy to my life. The healing sessions and workshops are outstanding. And, I love the people I have met there. If you are looking for a place to lift your spirits, this is it!

Sarah and her team are the real deal. I’ve been exploring spirituality and energy healing for some time now and have had so many experiences with different healers and spiritual teachers over the yrs. I can honestly say Modern Mystery School Minneapolis is on another level. Everything they offer is so deep and thorough. Just from the few sessions and classes I’ve taken, i already feel more connected to myself, the light I hold, and what my purpose is. Can’t recommend this place enough.
