I used them for years and all was a great experience until this year. I asked to reschedule the day of the shoot (yeah kinda crappy I know) and David told me it was fine and no problem. I get an angry message 6 hours later about how I cost him two clients that wanted that date. I felt horrible and apologized. We rescheduled for another date, I put down another deposit and planned to meet up the next week or so. I get my kids ready and I’m at our meeting spot for an hour and a half.
