We’ve recently had a very satisfactory experience selling our grade 2 listed flat through the Modern House. Every member of the team we dealt with along the way was personable and professional. The advice on dressing an empty flat was very helpful and led to excellent photos. Our salesperson, Felix North, was responsive and proactive throughout the process and helped bring the sale to completion in a relatively short period of time. We would certainly recommend the Modern House.

I've recently completed the sale of my home with The Modern House, and they have been truly excellent throughout the process. I chose to work with them after speaking to several estate agents (both high street and boutique). I appreciated their approach of sensitive architectural photography for marketing, which together with their expertise on both the appraisals and sales aspects, worked very well for my property. Overpriced, poor salesmanship, marketing heavy. As a property developer and investor for over 25 years (family experience over 50 years) do not be fooled by this company.

I have been a client of the Modern House/Inigo several times in the last few years. Unfortunately it seems the company is declining under new management now the founders are no longer running it. They do not seem to care much unless you are selling a very expensive property. I felt the house I was selling was undervalued - even though I made it very clear that I am not in a rush to sell and would like to set an ambitious asking price. My experience with The Modern House / Inigo has honestly been one of the most difficult and stressful I’ve had. Their photos and branding are beautiful, but as a buyer, I really felt there was a lack of care and support throughout the process. It left me feeling pretty disheartened. If you’re thinking of working with them, I’d suggest asking around and doing some research beforehand.
