The railing was left welded in an obvious manner that is completely unacceptable. The railing is not even. We paid for everything trusting that these issues would be addressed. We were left waiting and our telephone calls were not answered. We have been left betrayed.

Bob did an outstanding job on my stair railings in my home. I highly recommend him. He was professional, timely and really respected my space.
