Just left there less than 10 minutes ago. My son is in the market for his 1st apartment! My son scheduled to tour apartment at 1:30.friday sep 26 2025. He scheduled this earlier this week and they only had 2 slots. My kiddo only has Friday and Saturday off. So he took the 1:30. We get there on time and there’s a note on the door they be back in a moment but there nothing to indicate how long that moment is. Once again, I cannot thank Trinidad and his crew enough for continuing to get and take care of the community grounds. I haven't seen the grounds look this good in 3+ years! Thank you very much!
Everything gets stolen here. Your cars and your mail. Absolutely no surveillance. Their 24/7 surveillance signs are referring to an employee who occasionally drives around the complex. Don’t try calling the leasing office because they won’t pick up. I can’t use my mailbox because it was broken into. I doubt usps will even deliver my mail/packages at all until it’s fixed and i cannot reach anyone. Hot water is constantly out. Even if you pay for a designated parking spot, other people will park in it and not much will be done... read more
Things here have improved dramatically under the new management. The property is much cleaner and better taking care of. Trinidad in maintenance is a jewel and we really appreciate him. The office staff are much nicer and more competent than the last group.
The complex has really improved, new management is helping. Trinidad is making a huge improvement when it comes to maintenance. He's personable and does a great job on everything he's done with my unit. A lot of the small things are now getting fixed and the complex is improving.
