My family had one of our best apartment living experiences at 800 Park Ave at the Modern for 2+ years. The management company was responsive and we loved the fun family-friendly events planned all year round. The amenities on the 5th floor were well maintained and my family spent a lot of time on the 5th floor! The shuttle service to and from Manhattan was reliable and extremely convenient. We were sad to leave the community we'd built at the Modern!
Tamar is just amazing! She helped me when I was making a huge move from Houston, TX. She was always quick to respond to me and answered all of my questions. She reassured me through a process I was not familiar with and got me into my apartment as quick as possible. Tamar is a gem and I’m so happy with my apartment and my experience with The Modern thus far !
This was our first home as a couple and later as a family, and I can’t express how amazing the past few years have been. Let me start with Shawn-he was incredible throughout our time living here.
