I am very appreciative of the hard work Nohemi & Xavier did with my move in process. I moved from Cali to Phoenix and it was easier than expected. Whenever something came up, it was handled and they communicated with me the entire step. Nohemi answered all my questions in regards to my unit. Thank you beyond words!

They charge you for everything possible I was charged 90 00 in late fees for rent because they didn't receive their payment until the 4th from Flex, company they offered to me to us.. I pay this company from my account on time every month. I don't decide when it gets posted to them. Flex states they have 5 days and the Mod is aware of this. Regardless, it is supposed to be 5.00 a day for late fees. On the 5th day of the month they tried to give me an eviction notice. My rent had already been paid. 1400$ for a small studio with no washer or dryer, 1.75$ per load at their machines, stray animals causing leashed animals to pull and knock over owners, artificial turf for the dog area when other apartments have grass and dirt, property management claims they can't do much of anything. I guarantee you can find somewhere better than this, save your money and go somewhere else. The Mod charges double fees, for example you pay your own APS, they charge their conservice ele, gas, trash, pest. They make you have valet trash among regular trash pickup, they charge a $200 non refundable deposit + $20 / mo for maintenance. In apartment laundry is connected inappropriate to fire standards. They charge for open parking, to which they dont even monitor who lives there or not. You move into apartments with fecal smell everywhere, they argue with tenant insisting toilet leak is not wax ring. They painted over... read more
