Huge range of mobility aids, safety equipment, and daily living products to help the elderly stay independent and safe at home and in the community. Outstanding service and a true asset to Albany!

Excellent!! An amazing experience taking my mother around to view what is available. Lisa was outstanding. She even provided a cup of tea for us to rest during the h by visit. Great products.

Service was excellent, making you feel a valued customer. Looked at the electric lounge chairs that can be altered to suit the height and width needed. Chairs were good quality and Australian made but didn't really suit me or what I had in mind. Although they tried real hard to get my attention. I commend them for that. There was a wide variety of mobility aids available in store. Worth going there to have a look and compare with other mobility suppliers.

We made a purchase at the Mobility Store in Balcatta in December 2024. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Tamara and she proceeded to show us the various features of several Rollators. We appreciated her clear descriptions of each model and how they worked. Tamara also took care to see that we chose a model that suited to my height and intended use. It was great to be served by a well trained employee who took the time to assist us. Thank 😊 you.

Great service. Prices are reasonable. Lisa was quick to help us when we entered the store and make recommendations for our needs. They helped us assembled the wheel chair when we wanted a new piece.
