I was very disappointed in the service I received by Debbie on Monday. I am an 80 year old pensioner who lost my wife last week. I bought a wheelchair from Debbie for my wife who never got to use it as she passed. My daughter called the shop and was told that Debbie would see what she could do for me if I still had the receipt (which I do) but after driving the 40 minutes to the store I was told no there really isn’t anything they could do!
