My wife needed a power scooter. Our first impression wasn’t great. The place was musty and things were everywhere. The old lady at the desk never got up to welcome us and when we told her what we were looking for she said we don’t have any and didn’t bother to offer other suggestions. She made partner extremely extremely uncomfortable. We ended up going to a competitor near socastee that gave us white glove service.

Wow! Mobility Center saved a friendship! I had borrowed a wheelchair from a friend until my husband’s came in. Somehow it was appropriated by another resident. We eventually got it back but missing several parts. Mobility center found missing replacements and gave me a very good price! Staff were helpful and knowledgeable

The older lady with the long grey hair was not helpful and was very unprofessional. Never greeted us or got up front her chair to help. I told her what we were looking for since I was tall and it wasn’t in stock. She could have totally offered something else. Place was a huge disappointment and looked like a dirty warehouse. Smelled like one too.
