Great experience. I needed help with something minor, they came out, fixed it, and didn't charge me!! Obviously nobody can guarantee they'll do THAT again- these kinds of things are exceptions- but still, highly recommend! Great people, fast and efficient!

We have had positive experiences using The Mobile Mechanic. They returned our call (or website inquiry) promptly, our technicians were friendly, and showed up at the agreed upon time. It's a huge convenience not to have to drive or tow a vehicle to the mechanic--or drive one that's acting irregularly. That's why we use the Mobile Mechanic. And whether we are having a repair or simply a diagnostic performed the service has been great, and the rates fair.
This company is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. They were scheduled to come out on Monday but never came. My partner called, and they said they'd be there on Wednesday because they were behind schedule. Wednesday rolls around, and again no one came or even bothered to call despite saying earlier that they would be there and would call when on their way.
