I gave them my iphone 13 Pro max for a screen replacement and a charging port issue. They were very professional and gave me my phone back in less than an hour! Very happy with the service.
Honestly, a rough experience. Was told the laptop would be fixed in a approximately month — come back after and they hadn’t even touched it. No updates, no progress, just radio silence. The bloke’s attitude? Bit rude and didn’t explain a thing properly. Felt like I was getting the runaround. Was tempted to go full rant-mode, but I’ll just say: not keen on coming back.
