After eight months of absolutely no action on my mobile home in Sarasota, Mark Kaiser and this company got my home sold in less than a month. The price they set was lower than I had hoped for, but it got me a buyer who paid the asking price. Mark was always excellent to deal with -- very responsive. Most important of all, he got the job done!
Went to the website to browse mobile homes for sale but was unable to browse homes without being bombarded with full screen ads. Mark publishes YouTube views and advertises the website. It’s clickbait. I wouldn’t trust a dealer that is so desperate for revenue that they rely on intrusive ads as an income stream.
Some sketchy man from this company showed up at my house pretending to be interested in it for his own purchase. After he wasted my time, he presented me with his card and told me my current agent was lazy and awful. I showed him the card for the agent I was going with next,, and he said she was also lazy and awful, apparently he's the only one any good. I urge all customers, clients, and homeowners to NOT deal with this company. I recently ended my extensive dealings with this broker, yet never have spoken to him or met him. We only dealt remotely, as we moved out of Florida and desperately needed to sell our mobile home! I initially worked with his sales agent, Daniel, who then took a lengthy 6 month 'vacation' after listing my home.
