My husband emailed them on last Tuesday for a turn around day of this past Saturday!!! And they got it done but not just a rushed job! It was polished, elegant, and beautiful! Everything I wanted to represent! Thanks @ The Mixing Bowl Bakery for a wonder and tasty experience!!! We will return in August with more notice!!! :-)
Disappointing experience. Ordered a German Black Forest cake but received a plain, somewhat dry chocolate cake. If the staff are going to sell a specific type of cake they should be trained to make it or refuse the order. Tried to talk to the owner, Billy about the issue but was only allowed to communicate through his "gatekeeper" Brianna. Unfortunately, customer service is not Brianna's strong point. We got our wedding cake from The Mixing Bowl and it was beyond amazing. our cake tasting was incredible, they were extremely communicative, and it arrived looking stunning and tasting even better! The team at the mixing bowl definitely knows what they're doing. All our guests raved about the cake!
Ordered cake for my grand daughter’s first birthday. Review would have been on point but I ordered a dozen of complimentary decorated cupcakes to the main cake. Cupcakes were DRY… The cake was totally the opposite, it was moist and everyone started cutting into the birthday cake and we tossed the cup cakes at $36 a dozen? Cupcakes were a waste of money.
