Michelle and I exchanged vows at the beginning of August and we had Chris and his team cater the event. Best decision ever!! Beyond our expectations starting with the delicious canapes and finishing with one of Chris's signature dishes the braised beef with mashed/curds and gravy. We are still catching up with guests and they all rave about how wonderful the food was. From the presentation to the stellar service Chris and his team made for a memorable evening. We cannot thank them enough for making our day so special...
We had a wonderful experience with The Mixing Bowl! All food was absolutely delicious (24 hr braised beef was particularly AMAZING!) Chris is so kind and easy to work with. We were particularly grateful for his attentiveness to various allergies and food restrictions, we have had a number of different caterers over the years and can say that in terms of personal attention and customer service The Mixing Bowl hits it out of the park!
Chris Tremblay and his team provided the food for our anniversary party and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. The food was delicious, and the service was very professional. We were thrilled from beginning to end. The Mixing Bowl recently catered our wedding at The Herb Garden. We had approximately 120 meals and a lot of dietary restrictions…vegan, vegetarian, celiac and multiple guests with anaphylaxis, including eggs. All that to say, it was a tall order to accommodate all the restrictions. Chris and the Mixing Bowl team worked with us to make sure all of our guests were safe and able to enjoy a beautiful meal.
