I was diagnosed with mold poisoning last year and we needed our home inspected. We called The Mitigator to come do a mold inspection. My husband was home to meet them and said they were significantly late to our home in Millersburg (which we let go since we understand we are in a rural area). According to my husband they walked around the home and looked at a few spots and left. Never offered an air test or swab test. Seymour and Jake installed a radon mitigation system in my home. They did a wonderful job. Responsive, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.
I just received a report made by this company. My landlord apparently hired them to do a mold inspection after I told her my 6 year old and I have been sick. We had some weatherization done and found that the bathroom vent was venting to the attic and not to the outside like it should be. I tested the air quality for mold a few weeks ago and found some present.
