The building next door is being renovated by this company. If I could summarize them in two words, it would be “reckless dilettantes.” The company is unaware (or knowingly in violation) of Chicago municipal codes. They failed to protect the adjourning property from the construction site's debris (there's glass and concrete falling down on cars) and there is an ongoing case with the Department of Buildings. This is the first time I've ever left a review. Please take time to review and understand their due diligence period. My experience was good starting out but then they dragged their feet and in the last hour tried to re-trade the deal to achieve better terms. I prefer to deal with people that have morals and good integrity. If you have a situation that you are relying on them to follow thru my experience is they will take advantage and leverage you.
