RecommendedMy son went in to the store and the sales lady that was working took such great care of him while he was there for Destination Imagination Global Finals. He didn’t buy the hat till the next day. But she remembered him and remembered the exact hat that he liked and she knew the one that fit him. She was so kind!!!!! The rudest store assistants I’ve ever encountered. I saw and was prepared to buy a hat, but the salesperson snapped at my daughter and me repeatedly. Lost a sale. Doubt they cared.
Very rude staff, made my 6 year old cry...will not be returning. Wouldn't reccomend.

I’ve bought several hats from the Missing Piece over a few years and always had a good experience. They have quality made head accessories that are fair priced, along with very high quality hats that are high dollar. From casual to over the top, they carry a wide variety and some unique styles. My experience with service was courteous and helpful. When looking for a signature hat I’ll always be looking in the Missing Piece. I know I’ll find one here!
The Missing Piece is missing their customer service. Beware, you may see some nice hats that will draw you in, but you will be driven out by the extremely rude sales people who act like they’d rather see you go than sell you a hat. If you want a fun day of shopping, don’t go in there. Just shop online, you’ll have a happier day. 👎🏼

I was thrilled to find a nice hat store with beautiful hats, so my friend and I went inside and tried a few things on. I had just fallen in love with a black sun hat when a man walks up behind me and berates my friend and I very rudely in front of other customers. He chastised me for trying on hats while wearing makeup, and told us that if we weren't going to buy anything, we needed to leave.
