My household has been living nearby for 3 years now and drop in a few times per year for tune-ups or to have a service done we don't feel comfortable doing ourselves and have brought in four quite different bikes from being rebuilt bikes (like from Community Cycling Center) to newly manufactured bikes. Makes me feel a little better after reading reviews that I wasn't the only one who's been treated like an inconvenience and talked down to.

Great bike shop if you want to be treated like an inconvenience and spoken to like a child.

Had a somewhat similar experience to Louis Bartlett's review. The shop owner spent an inordinate amount of time emphasizing his expertise, complaining about staff shortages, and was overall unhelpful (and tried to overcharge for services and products). I would love to support a local business just minutes from my home, but the owner's condescending attitude and demeanor, as well as absurd prices, give me enough reasons to take my business elsewhere.
