I came in I was supposed to get a hair wash cut (trim aswell) and style. She cut my hair dry and didn’t give me a wash cause she forgot. She then told me that a picture of the hair I wanted wasn’t going to help her which makes no sense. then cuts the front pieces of my hair not even close to what I wanted. Then proceeds to curl my hair and forgets to give me a trim and then she cuts my hair while it’s curled.
