Super welcoming and friendly staff who went out of their way to offer free early check in and late check out for us. The garden atrium at the centre of the apartments is unique and makes the place feel special. Rooms are massive and spotlessly clean. They are a little worn around the edges, but not so much that it makes a difference to your stay. An industrial feel decor, so if you aren’t into that, maybe this won’t be for you. Review based on a few stays in the past 3 years. It is an aging property, and some appliance either is not working or working well for every stay I was there. I chalked it off to age and value in the price paid. The 1 star is because of a fraudulent charge of about $1110USD they initiated wrongly on my card, and then went silent which required me to dispute the charge with my credit card, and I did get the fund back. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is great. Apartment was good. Bed was really comfortable.

Front reception staff were courteous and very helpful. The unit was spacious, well-presented, and exceptionally clean. The location is very central, with restaurants close by. The only minor drawback was the additional surcharge for parking if required.
