Booked this apartment through TripAdvisor. From 25 Aug to 29 Aug. Is rather noisy as there were number of speeding vehicles in the middle of the night. Normally we don't use room service as we don't like stranger in "our room" (and we know how to keep the apartment as clean as possible) To add, we dont need / request for fresh towels as we brought our own. Great location and good rooms, but the service was disappointing. I was shocked by the behavior of the on-site night manager (the lady pictured). She was incredibly rude and judgmental—especially toward my tired, sleepless children. We were having issues with our room keys, and while we waited, my kids quietly sat to the side eating pizza. They weren’t making a mess or disturbing anyone, just waiting patiently. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Super appartement tout équipé avec balcon et qui fait se sentir à la maison. Lits confortables, environnement silencieux, personnel amical et aux petits soins. En plus l'emplacement est top pour explorer.

This hotel is GREAT value for the price. It was cheaper than other stays and is a whole apartment. The room was very spacious and clean and had many facilities. It was a 7-minute walk from where we needed to go (Brunswick Street Mall). Secure underground parking is free if you book through the hotel, but you can also pay $25 and get a spot if you book through another company. Arranging the parking was very easy. There is street parking all down the road outside, where you can stop while you check in and get the parking pass.... read more
